[NMC PRObE] [PRObE] Power outage last night June 12, 2016

Greetings all PRObE users,

  This is an after-the-fact notification of an unexpected power outage in
our building facility last night around 9pm. It took out the PRObE chiller
equipment and prompted a shutdown of the entire Nome cluster. We will be
bringing it back online this morning.
