[NMC PRObE] NMC PRObE Cooling failure

Dear PRObE community,

  Nome was forcibly shut down due to an unexpected cooling failure last
night. We are working with our HVAC contractor and the chiller manufacturer
to address the problem as quickly as we can. I will send out notifications
once the machines are back on with reliable cooling.
