[NMC PRObE] PRObE Network outage (Apr 30, 2016)

Dear PRObE users,

  We are currently experiencing a routing outage for traffic to/from PRObE
addresses at the NMC in Los Alamos (i.e., portal.nmc-probe.org,
nome.nmc-probe.org, www.nmc-probe.org). The problem has been reported to
our ISP and we will supply updates as we know more.
