[NMC PRObE] PRObE / NMC Power Maintenance - All clear

Hi All,

  A majority of the NMC network services that were affected by today's
power outage have been restored. The replacement of a large breaker in our
electrical room was successful, and we've spent the last few hours working
to restore services. Please let us know if you find anything that seems out
of order.
