[NMC PRObE] Payback time for PRObE usage

Ahhh, you are using PRObE resources if you are a user of Kodiak, Denali, Marmot or Susitna. 

Actually, if you get this email, you are a user of PRObE and have promised to publish your results and cite PRObE in those publications :-)
